About Us

International Spa Therapy and Ayurveda Academy (ISTHAA) is a group of wellness schools started with the aim of creating a new standard of excellence in wellness education in the country. Functioning under the Indian Spa Academy, Bangalore, two centres of ISTHAA are now open for admission - in Bangalore, the Garden City of India and Kozhikode, the land of martial arts and ayurveda. ISTHAA’s other centres in Goa and Puducherry are soon to be opened.

Our trainers are chosen for their expertise, passion for teaching and dedication to the healing arts. One of the main goals of ISTHAA is to produce well-trained qualified spa professionals for the blooming hospitality industry. The courses offered at the institute are Various International Spa Therapy, spa management, Ayurveda, Yoga, Personality Development and communicative English.

i.s.th.a.a. Bangalore - The centre in Bangalore is affiliated to AET College and is functioning at its calm and serene campus at Sarjapur Road in Bangalore. This might perhaps be the first time a spa institute in the country is functioning at a college ambience. The spa institute provides state-of-the-art facilities for students. It’s designed exclusively to suit the requirement of spa training. A vast area has been provided for practicing/training yoga. The college has high-end lab facilities, library, conference hall, indoor and outdoor games ground etc. In addition, complimentary fitness programmes are offered to students. There is provision for food and accommodation, and a 24-hour security is in place for hostels.
